Hunters Care was born in 1996, when members from the Safari Club International (SCI) delivered mosquito nets and medical supplies to remote villages in Namibia. The idea then arose to make use of the transportation services of hunters to get supplies to isolated places around the world, places frequented by hunters. SCI and the SCI Foundation expend an enormous effort each year putting together blue bags to get school supplies, sports equipment, and other items to people in need. Gamka Safaris is proud to participate in SCI's 'Blue Bag Days' and in doing so, we hope to play a small part in uplifting and improving the lives of the children in our communities.
